Wedding Cakeby ~monpuchikissa

Artisan Crafts / Ceramics, Pottery & Clay / Miniatures

Quite busy recently, this is the only miniature that I done for this week. The 2-tier wedding cake did not turn out well. There are still several things need to improve. I need to increase the diameter of the bottom tier cake. As for the icing ball, I find it difficult to standardize them. I think I need to buy miniature microbeads. I spent 2 days finished it, duration time was about 1-3 hours per day. I spent most of the time picked out all the dust.

Amazing, as always! How you make your works so detailed, yet so tiny delights me. Those flowers look like they could be real, and the leaves look so realistic, right down to the veins! The only thing is, I agree with you, the bottom tier should be a little wider. I see that you tried to fix it with the little balls, but it almost makes it look like it's a one-tier cake. I can't wait to see what you'll make next
