The first blueberry tartlet that I made was not successful. Very frustrated when doing the whipped cream, it was so messy and I did not managed to get the shape I wanted. I am still very weak at it. I did another bigger version. This time, I tried not to mix any liquid clay to my clay, it turned out fine. So I made more smaller version tartlets on the next day.
